Shipping

For Local Singapore Orders 

Deliveries within Singapore are free with a minimum spend of SGD 80 on items ordered, otherwise a shipping fee of SGD 5.50 is applicable which is inclusive of handling costs of orders and delivery charges for shipping within Singapore. 

Our magical packing elves will aim to dispatch your item within 5 working days of receiving your order. The office hours of PreLouLou for shipping are 9.00am – 6.00pm (Singapore time). 

Local orders within Singapore will be shipped through a courier service. Please be aware that all local Singapore orders will take approximately 5 to 8 business days from the date of order to reach you.

For International Orders 

All international orders will be shipped from Singapore and will take approximately 7-28 working days from the date of order to reach you. Please expect significant delivery delays during this period as Covid-19 has resulted in substantial disruption in international airfreight movements. 

Important note: When your order package is being delivered, customs duty and/or additional taxes may be applied when the items pass through Customs inspections in any country. Given that customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, please kindly check with your local customs office for further details on the postal value thresholds that may be liable for local duties/taxes. These additional costs, if any, would have to be borne by the buyer/recipient.

Returns

We understand that sometimes buying stuff online can be tricky. 

We accept returns in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached, within 7 working days from you receiving the item. Returns are to be made at your expense and we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.

Provided we receive the item within the 7-working day timeframe, we will refund you the cost of the item (excluding the original shipping cost) within 30 working days of receipt of the returned item. The refund will be issued to the card or PayNow account used to purchase the item. 

Please note that all marked down items, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned or refunded.
